FOR THOSE OF US WHO SIMPLY MUST HAVE THE WINDOW SEAT.
Going back some time now I realise, I have been taking pictures out of the windows of planes. Pictures of wings. Clouds. Air. Night. Light. Space. The cold, thin space above the earth that we can only ever fly through if we're lucky. Or fall through if we're reckless. I want to live there. But I can't, so I just take photos of it when I can.
This blog is dedicated to those of us who just have to have the window seat, and never squander it with a pillow over the window, or a drawn blind, and those who take photos out of that window. Pictures that their friends and family probably roll their eyes at, or skip quickly over - thinking 'plane nerd'. To those of us who end up with a sore neck from spending hours with our nose pressed to the cold glass.
